Year End Party!!!
Hello Parents! The end of season party is going to be FRIDAY AUGUST 19th 6-8pm. We need to know if teams are going to be able to attend. We are also looking for teams/parents to work together and have a fun ball game - Mosquitos vs Mosquitos, Rookie vs Rookie, OBA vs Bantam PWB, PWB vs Ranger, Squirts and Mites mixed. etc.
To organize we will need to know ASAP if parents will be coming. This night will be uniform and cheque return as well as pick up night for the pierogi fundraiser. The night will be a fun night for all with outdoor carnival style games, Loonie & Toonie food night for all and mixed ball games with parents/players.
We need some sort of commitment to plan the year end for food and volunteers. Please respond to myself yes or no for your family and approx. numbers.
All families and siblings are invited to this night as well.
