Guardian/Waiver Forms
Thank you to everyone who has been submitting their paperwork for Guardians. Right now we are having issues uploading the Guardian info to the website, so we're waiting for a call from the website company. You cannot register for Sportsheadz until your Guardian info has been uploaded. :( Please be patient, we're hoping to hear back and get it fixed today.
Another common question - you will not see any event on your Sportsheadz App until 24hours prior to the event happening as you cannot COVID screen any earlier than 24 hrs before! Hopefully this message helps!
