THERE ARE NEW REQUIREMENTS THIS YEAR. Please READ all the instructions before completing your Application.
  1. Thank you for Applying.  The Coach Committee will contact everyone after Registration Closes and Teams are established. 
  2. If you are a RETURNING COACH for 2023, and you have a VALID Police check on file with CAA,  you need to:
    Complete a DECLARATION FORM.   Declaration   
    Download, fill this out and email to [email protected]
    Complete your Coach Application NOW and it will automatically be sent to CAA. 

    If you are a NEW COACH for 2023, you must have a Vulnerable Sector Check completed.
    If you live in the Township visit OPP.ca.  You must download a Police Check Letter, fill it out and upload it to your OPP VSC Application. 
    Download Vulnerable Check  Police_Check_Letter
    Complete your Coach Application NOW and it will automatically be sent to CAA.                 
    If you live in Sarnia, go to sarniapolice.com to complete your VSC.
    Complete your Coach Application NOW and it will automatically be sent to CAA. 

    Once you have received your completed VSC    , email it to [email protected]

    1. Rowan’s Law

      Under Rowan's Law, before any player can be registered with the local association and Baseball Ontario, the player, and the parent or legal guardian of the player if the player is under 18 years of age, must review one of the Concussion Education Resources provided by the Province of Ontario and must review the Player Code of Conduct.
