2026 Coaches Application (Camlachie Athletic Association)

Thank You for applying to Coach for the Camlachie Athletic Association for the 2026 season. 
CAA's Coach Committee will review all applications and choose the Coaches for the 2026 Season. You will be contacted by the Coach Committee after registration closes on February 28th. 

On your application you can indicate two different levels to Coach and the Coach Committee will place you on the team that needs Coaches.  You can only Coach on two teams if one is league and one is Instructional (Saturday mornings).  This ensures that Coaches are available for all league games they are assigned to.    *If you are Coaching on teams that have Skills Day to divide players (9U & 11U) you will follow your player to the team where they have been assigned.  

After Coaches are selected, our Coach Secretary, Ryanne Farrell will contact you to organize your paperwork for 2026 after Registration closes.  
 *If you are a RETURNING Coach, you will need to submit a Declaration Form for 2026.  This will be forwarded to you by the Coach Secretary. 
*If you are a NEW Coach, the Coach Secretary will provide a Volunteer Letter for you to submit for your Vulnerable Sector Check.  Please wait until Ryanne contacts you before starting your Police Check.  

1. Rowan’s Law

   Under Rowan's Law, before any player can be registered with the local association and Baseball Ontario, the player, and the parent or legal guardian of the player if the player is under 18 years of age, must review one of the Concussion Education Resources provided by the Province of Ontario and must review the Player Code of Conduct.
