The Batting Cage and Diamond Booking Form has been developed to help teams build their schedule and track their requests


When filling out the form, please ensure all fields are filled out accurately, including:

• 1. Team Name & Division

  2. Coach/Manager Contact Info

  3. Type of Request (Practice or Exhibition)

  4. Preferred Date(s) and Time(s)
  5. Please note:

• All diamond schedule requests will be reviewed every Friday afternoon by the scheduler.
• To ensure your request is considered for the following week, it must be submitted by Friday at 12:00 PM (Noon).
• Requests submitted after the Friday noon deadline, including on the weekend, will be accepted for emergencies or urgent needs only
