Rookie Boys Go Undefeated in Yearend Tourney
Wow!!!! What a year!!! I cannot express how proud I am of all 17 boys on the Rookie Ball team! Many started out the year having played little to no baseball ever. And for them all to improve so much was amazing. It was a year of growth and development and it was well worth it. The boys went undefeated today winning all 3 games of the tourney. Every player contributed and it was really fun to be a part of. I hope all the players had fun this year and developed a love for baseball. It really is a great game that I enjoyed as a kid and I hope i passed on that love for the game to all of them. Thanks again to the Coaches!! Tara, Rob, Kristy and Greg! I couldnt have done it this year without your amazing help.
Also thanks to the parents who stepped up when needed to help coach as well like Ryan and Steve and Tony. Sorry if I forgot anyone. Cheers,Coach Cory
